Shipping Policy

Shipping & returns

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing timeframes:

-Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment received. This does not include weekends or holidays. During sales, promotions & holidays processing times can take 2-5 business days. Please note that processing is the timeframe before item is sent for shipping.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking confirmation & requires a signature confirmation upon delivery. It takes 3-6 days for order delivery. Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed and cleared. Aja B Collection reserves the right to change the delivery method listed on this website to a comparable method.

Note: During holidays or inclement weather, delivery times may take slightly longer.

Refunds & returns:

? No refunds allowed whatsoever.

All sales are final. We do not allow refunds due to the exclusive nature and exclusivity of our product.

?Wigs are final sale. No refund or exchange allowed.

  We do accept exchanges on all products excluding wigs. We ask to complete exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange request not received within this timeframe will not be considered & will be returned to customer with additional shipping fees added. The product must be shipped back in its original condition as it was shipped from us meaning it cannot be combed, brushed, worn, washed, fingers ran through, cut, colored or altered in any way. Original ties, bands & tags & all packaging must remain in tact as it was shipped to customer. Please email to start exchange process before mailing hair back to us.

For your protection, we suggest exchanges be sent back via a traceable carrier with signature required. We are not responsible for lost items. All sales are final on sale items. No exchange are refund will be given. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with product exchange transactions including shipping charges. Once received & determine to be in acceptable condition, a store credit will be issued. If item(s) were purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchange/store credit will not qualify for the promotion at the current time.

Errors:

All order errors must be reported via email or contact here page on our website within 3 days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or issue a refund. Incorrect product must be returned before to us before correct product will be reshipped.

  If you have tracked your package and their is an error in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact USPS to trace your package and open an investigation.

Shipping delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather and other natural or environmental factors. We try our best to ship out orders at the specified timeframe listed however we suggest ordering far in advance & not to make a hair appointment until you have received your hair to prepare for unplanned delays.
